We want to insure that you are happy with your purchase. If you receive your flag or banner and it is not as advertised, please contact us, and we will make every effort to insure your satisfaction (please, do not place product into use). In the case of our 30′ Wonder Poles or any custom telescoping poles we cannot insure the pole will work for or be acceptable for every application. Under no circumstances should you purchase large quantities of these poles until you are sure they will work for you. American Flag & Banner Company, Inc. reserves the right to review each request on an individual basis. We realize that in some rare cases, flags may be damaged during manufacturing. American Flag & Banner Co. will replace or refund any defective or damaged flag or flag accessory. Refunds will cover your original cost of the product including standard shipping & handling (American Flag & Banner Company reserves the right to select shipping method). Please contact us within 10 business days.
All other returns will not exclude shipping cost to return the item/s, and in the case of products shipped freight free, the original freight cost to ship the product to you will be deducted from the monies returned to you the customer. Any free shipping offered on our site is considered part of the incentive, and finale purchase of the product. A return voids the purchase, and subsequently the cost of shipping applies to any refund.
All returns must be given a return authorization number by American Flag & Banner Co before you return them, and may incur a 20% restocking charge. Except for damaged goods, no returns are allowed after 15 days of receipt of merchandise (unless otherwise agreed upon). Refunds will cover the cost of the item, excluding Shipping & Handling. All items must be returned via UPS, and it is the shippers responsibility to insure the contents against damage or loss. ANY FLAG OR FLAGPOLE THAT IS NOT IN RESALE CONDITION AS NEW, OR NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE WILL APPLY FOR ALL ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED FOR REFUND (Restocking charges do not apply to damaged or defective goods).

RE-SELLERS & TRADE:
You the re-seller hold yourself forth as an expert with regards to the products you sell or distribute, and as such are familiar with the goods, services, and merchandise sold by and purchased for your customers. Returns are not allowed unless approved in writing by American Flag & Banner Company, Inc. American Flag & Banner Company, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return except as covered under defective merchandise. All allowable returns will be charged a restocking fee of up to 30%. Allowable days for return do not apply to re-sellers, affiliates or distributors.
Order Cancellation / Changes
Most orders are processed the same day or next business day. Expedited orders may be processed early, and may not be subject to being modified, changed or canceled. The Customer bears full responsibility for the cost of expedited charges. It is the Customers responsibility to insure adequate time for delivery of the product. American Flag & Banner Company, Inc. is not responsible for late or delayed shipments.
We ship most items by UPS. Some items are oversize or require additional handling by UPS and the cost is listed under the method you choose. We reserve the right to suspend shipments and or adjust the shipping charges in the event of war, an act of God, or website errors not under our control. Please note your order may be processed the day of ordering or the following business. American Flag & Banner Company, Inc. cannot be responsible for damaged goods after shipment. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT UPON ARRIVAL AND REFUSE AND CARTON THAT APPEARS DAMAGED OR OPEN. The customer is responsible to initiate any claim with the carrier.

UPS does not count the day of pickup. If you order on Monday and the order is processed on Tuesday, a 3-Day shipping selection will arrive Friday of that week. We do not guarantee any on time arrivals under any circumstances and will only refund the expedited shipping cost. It is the Customers responsibility to allow sufficient time for order processing and shipping to the desired location. If your product does not arrive in time, and you return it, it will be subject to a restocking charge.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDING CANADA)
Please be advised that orders shipped to international destinations (including Canada) may be subject to additional fees including but not limited to customs tariffs, duties, brokerage fees, excise and local taxes, or any other charge assessed by the receiving country or carrier. American Flag & Banner Company is not responsible for any of these assessed fees which are completely separate and independent from your shipping/handling fee charged. If you would like to estimate these fees contact the carrier directly such as www.usps.com, www.ups.com or www.fedex.com to obtain their policies.
