International Shipping:
The shipping charges provided during checkout do not include import duty, taxes, or brokerage fees. All import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are to be paid directly to the courier at time of import.
Drop Ship:
Please provide a shipping address separate from your billing address during checkout, and we can ship the order directly to your customer. Please request drop ship in the “Order Notes” during checkout, and all pricing will be hidden on the order.
Oversize Shipping Notice:
Wonder Pole® products can measure up to 80 inches in length and may be subject to UPS oversized package charges. We charge only the actual carrier shipping cost, which is calculated in real time based on the package size, weight, and destination of each order.
RUSH ORDERS:
For expedited shipping, please place your order by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Monday–Friday) to qualify for same-business-day shipment. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day. Please Note: UPS Next Day Air® and all expedited shipping services are delivered on business days only.
